Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the product.
Refunds

Refunds are issued only after the returned product is received and inspected.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.

Refunds are provided in the original payment method. Since we only offer cash on delivery, refunds will be arranged through a suitable method of repayment, which will be communicated during the return process.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or usage reasons (such as opened packaging of personal travel accessories). These exclusions will be clearly mentioned on the product page where applicable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within 3 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
